Tharpu Chuli (Tent Peak) 5,663m The glory of the Annapurna Sanctuary is well known to regular tourists who visit Nepal. The sanctuary, which lies at the South Face Base Camp of the Annapurna area, offers magnificent views of the mountains. Located right in the middle of this is Tharpu Chuli (5663m) and from this summit, the surrounding peaks can be seen in all its glory. The South Face Base Camp of Annapurna offers the finest ascent to the trekkers who not only enjoy this trekking experience but also get the opportunity to see the breathtaking views of the various mountain ranges.
The ridges of the fluted peak, Himchuli, and a host of other mountain awaits you. The superb countryside that can be seen during the trek adds to the excitement and pleasure of this ascent as we trek through the colourful Gurung villages along the rich and fertile Modi Khola with its tumbling cascades and high waterfalls.

Transit visa for one day can be obtained from Nepal’s immigration offices at the entry points.
Upon the production of departure flight ticket via Tribhuvan International Airport in Nepal by paying USD $5 of equivalent currency.
