Mustang Teri La Pass Trekking follows a fascinating trail along the beautiful landscape of Mustang across areas which were previously restricted to foreigners. This trekking route lies very close to the Tibetan border, and gives you an insight into the dominating Tibetan Buddhist culture in the region.

The trek across Mustang and through the seldom crossed Teri La Pass(5,577m) takes you to the beautiful valleys Nar Phu, where ancient villages and monasteries rest untouched by modernisation.

Day 1 Arrival at the Tribhuvan International Airport. Transfer to Hotel.
After your arrival in Kathmandu our representatives at the airport will transfer you to your hotel and help you in checking in.
Day 2 Sightseeing in Kathmandu.
Kathmandu is where we spend the day, strolling across the city streets and collecting the last pieces of equipments that our trek requires.  
Day 3 Drive to Pokhara. O/N in Hotel.
Today we drive to Pokhara, a seven hour ride or take a flight (optional at additional charge). As we reach Pokhara late in the afternoon we get to stroll around the lake city on foot or on a hired bicycle.
Day 4 Flight to Jomsom (2700m). O/N in Kagbeni.
Day 5 Trek to Chaile (3150m). O/N in Chaile.
Day 6 Trek to Geling (3570m). O/N in Geling.
Day 7 Trek to Chharang (3500m). O/N in Chharang.
Day 8 Trek to Lomanthang (3809m). O/N in Lomanthang.
Day 9 Explore Lomanthang. O/N in Lomanthang.
Day 10 Explore Lomanthang. O/N in Lomanthang.
Day 11 Trek to Yara 3,900m. O/N in Yara.
Day 12 Trek to Tangya 3,240m. O/N in Tangya.
Day 13 Trek to Yak Kharka 4,100m. O/N in Yak Kharka.
Day 14 Trek to Samena Khola 4,220m. O/N in Samena Khola.
Day 15 Trek to Teri La Base Camp 4,630m. O/N in Base Camp.
Day 16 Rest Day.

Day 19 Trek to Labse Khola 4,800m. O/N in Labse Khola.
Day 20 Trek to Yak Kharka 4,600m. O/N in Yak Kharka.
Day 21 Trek to Naar Gaon 4,11om. O/N in Naar Gaon.
Day 22 Trek to Kyang 3,800m. O/N in Kyang.
Day 23 Trek to Phu Gaon 3,900m. O/N in Phu Gaon.
Day 24 Trek to Meta 3,560m. O/N in Meta.
Day 25 Trek to Koto 2,600m. O/N in Koto.

Day 28 Drive to Kathmandu. O/N in Kathmandu.

Return transfers from International and Domestic airport to your hotel, one night stay at the Hotel, all government taxes and national park entry fee, TIMS Card (Trekking Management System), required number of experienced English speaking guides and support staff (we pay for their daily wages, insurances, trekking equipments, food and accommodation), airport taxes, accommodation during the trek, emergency first aid kit carried by the support staff.

All meals in Kathmandu, Tips to guides and support staff, Additional costs in case of emergency (You must have adequate travel insurance to cover any kind of emergencies), Internal flight tickets, Additional medication for altitude sickness (Acetozolomide etc), Personal expenses and any other unforeseen expenses.

Travel Insurances: -

Travel Insurances are compulsory for clients trekking or climbing with us. The insurance should cover you in case of emergencies like accidents, altitude sickness and ambulance and helicopter rescue charges if required. Please carry a copy of your insurance papers while travelling in Nepal and do send us a copy as well. This will help us in making all the necessary arrangements in case of any sort of emergencies.
