The Government of Nepal opened Manaslu to trekkers only in 1992. Until then the area was a virgin land with unspoilt beauty. However, even today Manaslu has kept its beauty intact and continues to be a unsurpassable trekking destination.
Manaslu is named after the famous Mt. Manaslu , which at a height of 8118m is the world’s 8th highest peak. The Gurung, Magar, Bhote(Tibetan) and Tamang tribes are the main inhabitants of Manaslu.
| Day 1 | Arrival at the Tribhuvan International Airport. Transfer to Hotel. After your arrival in Kathmandu our representatives at the airport will transfer you to your hotel and help you in checking in. |
| Day 2 | Sightseeing in Kathmandu. Kathmandu is where we spend the day, strolling across the city streets and collecting the last pieces of equipments that our trek requires. |
| Day 3 | Drive to Arughat (530m). From Kathmandu we drive for about 6 to 7 hours to reach Arughat. |
| Day 4 | Trek to Khorsani Bari (750m). From Arughat we follow the Budhi Gandaki river, pass the village of Morder and Simre, reach the Arughat river and ascend towards Khorsani Bari. |
| Day 5 | Trek to Machha Khola (890m). The trail now descends gently, passes through forests and moves down to the sandy river bed of Budhi Gandaki before camping in the Machha river. |
| Day 6 | Trek to Jagat (1350m). After crossing the Machha river and walking along the river’s edge we cross Kholabesi. From there we continue towards Doban and continue an up hill walk to Jagat. |
| Day 7 | Trek to Filim (2300m). From Jagat we trek for about 7 to 8 hours to reach Filim. |
| Day 8 | Trek to Dang (2095m). The trail now follows the Dang river and takes us to Dang. In between we come across the village of Ghap which is filled with Mani stones and chortens. |
| Day 9 | Trek to Lho Gaon (3150m). Today we cross two rivers, the Budi Gandaki and Hinan before continuing on to the Sho Naike Peak. We camp over night in Lho Gaon. |
| Day 10 | Trek to Sama Gompa (3500m). Today we leave the stone gate and Mani stome walls of Lho Gaon and follow the moraine of the Pungen glacier before we arrive in Sama Gompa. |
| Day 11 | Rest day in Sama Gompa. |
| Day 12 | Trek to Samdo (4000m). Our destination for today is Samdo. Samdo is a remote village inhabited by around 200 people. Around forty houses can be found in Samdo. |
| Day 13 | Leisure day in Samdo. |
| Day 14 | Trek to Dharmasala (4450m). From Samdo the trail to Dharmasala first descends down a mountain path and then ascends over a ridge. Only after crossing two small streams and passing across the guest houses do we reach Dharmasala. |
| Day 15 | Trek to Larke La Pass (5216m). Overnight in Bimtang (2785m). After trekking to the Larke La Pass (5216m) we descend to Bimtang and stop for an overnight camp. |
| Day 16 | Trek to Dharapani (1943m). Today we camp in Dharapani. We reach Dharapani after we cross numerous paddy fields and a checkpoint in Thonje. |
| Day 17 | Trek to Chamche (1433m). Following the trail of the Marsyangdi river. we pass through numerous scattered villages and arrive in Chamche. |
| Day 18 | Trek to Ngatti (846m). The trail from Chamche to Ngatti first climbs gently to Bahun Danda before descending to the place for our over night camp. |
| Day 19 | Trek to Besi Sahar (823m). Our trek comes closer to the end as we arrive in Besi Sahar. |
| Day 20 | Drive back to Kathmandu. Day 20 marks the end of our trek as we catch a bus from Besi Sahar to Kathmandu. Once in Kathmandu, you have the option of being transferred to the international airport or a hotel. |

Camping equipments: We always provide every guest holiday trek with high qualities equipments: good qualities tent, Gas stove for food prepare, toilets tent and papers, kitchen tent with necessary utensils, Dining tent (for eating), table and chairs as a group, hand clean up towel and soap with tap water, Ice axe and sable.
Accommodation and meals: During camping treks an expert cook accompanies us and serves the best local dishes with different items on our plates. Both food and accommodation during camping treks are our responsibilities. We serve three meals on camping treks.
Breakfast Verities: Tea, coffee, hot chocolate, milk, boil water/different kinds Tibetan bread, toast, omelet fried or scrambled, boil egg, porridge, musli, cornflake, chapatti, jam, honey, pinner butter, rice pudding, pani cake, butter, salami, sinoman role.
Lunch: Juice, tea (black/lemon/coffee), boil water/ sandwich, potato cheaps, different items bread, vegetable, macaroni, chaumin, fried/boil potatoes, plan chapatti, backbeans.
Dinner: Different items Soup, popcorn, prawan, cookies, papad/ local Nepali verities food (Daal/rice/vegetables/meat/pickle), pizza (vegetable/mushroom/chicken), burger, pasta, chicken meat, can meat, veg/non veg momo, spagity, noodles, tuna fish, sasit, spring role.
Desert: tea, coffee, milk, chocolate, boil water, cake, pie, seasonal fruits, tin fruit, mango, apple, banana.
Water: we serve with boil water drink along the trek either you can make tea or coffee for day trip. It should be better to bring good quality water bottle for trek.

Travel Insurances: -
Travel Insurances are compulsory for clients trekking or climbing with us. The insurance should cover you in case of emergencies like accidents, altitude sickness and ambulance and helicopter rescue charges if required. Please carry a copy of your insurance papers while travelling in Nepal and do send us a copy as well. This will help us in making all the necessary arrangements in case of any sort of emergencies.
Nepal has four climatic seasons

While there are no seasonal constraints on traveling to Nepal, different regions are best visited in different seasons. Enquire about any trekking region and we will tell you about the best season to visit that area.
